Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

We will notify you if there are any delays due to high order volume or other circumstances.

We currently ship only within the United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
Joynify is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you entered the wrong address, contact us as soon as possible at info@joynify.net. We will try our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once the package has shipped.

 

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Joynify is not liable for packages that are:

  • marked as delivered but not received
  • delayed by the carrier
  • lost due to carrier mishandling

If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier first. You may also email us at info@joynify.net, and we will assist you in filing a claim.

 

Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship within the United States.
International shipping is not available at this time.
